TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

Sam's Limousine & Transportation accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa and Cash as a form of payment. We do not accept Checks.
Before a reservation can be made, a valid credit card must be presented as a deposit for services. Cash payments can be made at the time of services if requested.
Billing is reserved only for customers that have been approved and have established accounts.
Any additional service beyond the original end time that has been pre-paid must be paid before extending your transportation hours.
Deposits for Prom are non-refundable.

Sedan & Airport Policy

We are only allowed to meet & greet passengers inside the baggage claim area. We are no longer able to meet and greet at the gate because of increased security issues.
Sedan service that requires a pick up or drop of with milage greater than 30 miles is subject to additional distance fees.
Service that requires additional pick ups is subject to additional stop fee's.
Any service between the hours of 12:00am and 5:00am will be subject to additional fees.
Gratuity for airport pick up and point to point transfers are not required but appreciated.

Wait Time

Any Airport or Point to Point service that exceedes 30 minutes is subject to additional fees.
Any wait time that exceeds 1 hour will automatically change the billing status of the trip into the minimum hourly rate for that vehicle and date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of scheduled services within 24 hours of the scheduled run will result in a cancellation fee of $150.00 and the loss of any pre-payment.
Prom cancellations will result in the loss of the full deposit and releases the vehicle for re-booking.
Any cancellations from an account holder will be reviewed individually for additional fees.

No Show Fees

No-shows or scheduling mistakes will be billed at the full rate including any additional charges that have been incurred.
No shows for sheduled as directed runs will be billed for the time that was requested during the scheduling process.

Prom

All Prom parties are required to make a deposit before a reservation is made. We will not hold a vehicle unless the deposit has been made.
